3. Unique Content Guarantee
a. We guarantee that all content created for our clients, including websites, videos, graphics, and photographs, is 100% unique and tailor-made to meet their specific requirements.
4. Delivery Policy
a. Design order files are delivered to the client’s account area as per the date specified on the “Order Confirmation.”
b. An email notification is sent to inform the client about their design order delivery to their specific account area.
c. Policies regarding revisions and refunds are subject to the date and time of design order delivery to the client’s account area.
d. Customized design orders are typically delivered via email within 5 to 10 days of receiving the order. Rush delivery services are available for an additional fee, providing first website samples within 48 hours.
5. Refunds Policy
a. Play it Back Digital Marketing Agency does not provide refunds on services rendered.
